SAL Legalisation Service, 7 Temasek Boulevard, #12-07 Suntec Tower One, Singapore 038987 ("we", "us"), provides document legalisation, notarisation coordination and related services in Singapore. We comply with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
What We Collect
- Contact details you give us: name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address
- Documents and copies you send us to quote for or complete your order
- Order details: document type, destination country, delivery address
- Website data: pages visited and device information through analytics cookies, if you accept them
How We Use Your Data
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote
- To complete your order with the Notary Public, the Singapore Academy of Law, embassies or translators as needed
- To arrange collection and delivery
- To improve our website, using aggregated analytics
We do not sell your personal data.
Who We Share It With
Only those needed to complete your order: the Notary Public, the Singapore Academy of Law, the relevant embassy or high commission, translators and couriers. Each receives only what is needed for their step.
How Long We Keep It
We keep copies of your documents and your personal data for 3 days after your order is delivered, and then delete them. Basic invoice records are kept only as long as Singapore accounting law requires.

You may ask to access or correct your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing us at info@sallegalisationservice.sg.
